We are looking for a detail-oriented, systematic, and lively Sales Operations Associate team member to aid in maintaining and improving the flow of departmental processes. This position will be responsible for managing account applications, processing orders, and ensuring the meticulous accuracy of data related projects.  This role will act as a root for the sales organization and is essential to fostering efficient partnerships with our customers and will report to the sales operations manager. You will be a fundamental resource to the Vital team!  This position will report to the Sales Operations Manager and will operate out of our corporate office, located in the West Loop.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining sales information in various systems and platforms
  • Managing B2B order processing and processes.
  • Processing inbound wholesale registrations and maintaining accounts according to policy regulations
  • Defining and assigning territories to active accounts to facilitate reporting
  • Effective data scrubbing to reduce reporting discrepancies

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-3 years professional experience
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and intuitive
  • You can prioritize efficiently to comply with deadlines
  • You are a critical thinker who is always searching for ways to improve processes
  • You are comfortable in a fast paced work environment where projects can arise with short notice
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
  • Preferred experience in Adobe InDesign, CRM/ERP/3PL systems
