Inventory Associate

What you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for receiving and stocking of material and items through out the facility
  • Inspects inbound material for accuracy and damages
  • Maintains accurate inventory counts on a weekly basis
  • Proper organization of shelf & bin locations with stock items
  • Responsible for all activities involving Material/Inventory Control
  • Receiving goods functions (3 Way Match of PO, Goods Receipt, Invoice)
  • Inspection of inbound material for quality control and accuracy 
  • Labeling product accurately in the facility 
  • Maintains Inventory accuracy with cycle counts
  • Understanding of warehouse organization regarding space utilization
  • Closely coordinates with the Shipping Department as needed
  • Administers and maintains good safety policies through out the facility
  • Performs other duties as needed

Who you are:

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent, Associates degree preferred 
  • Must be comfortable working with computers (MS-Word, Excel, Warehouse Management Systems)
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Be able to communicate well with employees, vendors and customers in a prompt and professional manner
  • Organized and able to execute responsibilities in an efficient and timely manner, able to understand and identify the highest priorities 
  • Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment while dealing with functions involving inventory control.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Able to lift packages and product between 50lbs-75lbs consistently
