We are looking for a high energy, focused, and dynamic Customer Advocate team member to help us keep up with our ever-growing client and customer satisfaction. This position will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, placing orders in our order management system, responding to emails from customers and answering all wholesale related questions the customers may have. This role will directly and daily interface with our team and is pivotal to our success with our customers. You will be the know it all of our company and have all the customer answers at your finger-tips!
