We are looking for an organized, driven Office Coordinator to maximize the efficiency of our team and office space. This position provides administrative support to the company as a whole and will serve as a strong representative of the company and brand. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a fast paced team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex daily activities and providing administrative support, is essential in this position.  This position will report to the Director of HR & Talent.


What you will be responsible for:

  • Reception support – exhibit a professional, polished, and poised demeanor, acting as a representative of the Vital Proteins name and brand when greeting guests and answering the phone
  • Office management – basic office upkeep, cleanliness, and organization
  • Supply inventory – maintain inventory and order supplies for the office
  • Organizational management -  coordinate office incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist in coordinating office culture events, including in office perks and team lunches
  • Establishing and building strong relationships with employees at every level of the business
  • Representing and evangelizing the Vital Proteins brand and help build a winning culture
  • Assist with new employee on-boarding by coordinating new desk set up and first day experience


Who you are:

  • 1 - 2 years of professional experience
  • You have a strong interest in the health, fitness, and/or beauty markets
  • You have a passion for details, project management and you possess a "can-do" attitude  
  • You are relentlessly driven, self-motivated and extremely organized
  • You are organized and enjoy working in a process-driven role
