Sales Operations Analyst

We are looking for an attentive, methodical, and lively Sales Operations Analyst team member to help strengthen the foundation of our sales organization. This position will be responsible for developing and analyzing reports, generating insightful data, and participating in protocol improvement. This role will act as a root for the sales organization and is essential to fostering efficient partnerships with our customers. This position will report to the Sales Operations Manager and will operate out of our corporate office, located in the West Loop.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in overall project management
  • Scrubbing data to ensure analytics integrity
  • Maintaining master customer records in SAP S4 Hana
  • Owning store locator integrity
  • Assisting in data migration of historical sales data from various systems
  • Troubleshooting data related inquiries from various sources
  • Identifying inconsistencies in daily operations and correcting or escalating as necessary

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-3 years professional experience
  • Proficiency in Excel required (V-Lookup, If-Statements, Pivot Tables)
  • Experience in SAP C4C Hybris or equivalent CRM/ERP experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to probe (ask the right questions) and extract useful information
  • Experience in Adobe InDesign preferred
