Role:

We are looking for a high energy, productive and dynamic Brand Advocate Coordinator to help us sell one of the hottest products in the Health and Wellness vertical.  This person will assist with major National Retailer launches, retailer education, brand advocate recruitment and enablement and regional field execution.  This role will interface and manage our Field Based Brand Advocates to execute in store events, promotional efforts, field activations and to help evangelize and expand the Vital Proteins brand in the marketplace.

 

What you will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment, enablement and management of field based Brand Advocates to align our demonstration and education strategy with our nation and regional sales strategy
  • Regional Sales Planning Assistance – Work with the sales leaders to provide regional market analysis, demonstration metrics, ROI and closed loop analysis on Field Marketing Program
  • Assisting sales leaders with sales, business development and promotional programs
  • Evangelizing the Vital Proteins brand in market.

 

Who you are:

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in start-up or CPG industry
  • You are relentlessly driven, self-motivated and goal-orientated
  • You have an innate curiosity and your natural tendency is to act upon it
  • You have great listening and problem solving skills with a dose of humility
  • You are a student of sales and marketing who finds personal satisfaction and joy in growing a business
  • You celebrate your success, and the successes of your team even more
  • You are passionate about the health, fitness, and/or beauty markets
  • You enjoy people and have excellent written and oral communication
  • Willingness to travel and work some nights and weekends as needed
