FP&A Manager

Role:

The FP&A Manager position is a critical and highly visible role, reporting to the Vice President, Finance you will work to forecast, analyze, report, and support the performance of the business while also maintaining responsibility for numerous corporate functions. Specifically, you must demonstrate a strong aptitude for financial modeling, problem solving, prioritizing and attention to detail. You must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be adept at driving meaningful results through excellent individual effort, effective communication and collaboration.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Implement budget management processes across departments; review budget to actuals and update department budgets each month
  • Own accurate, timely and insightful weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly financial, metrics and KPIs reporting to business leaders and management, inclusive of Company external reporting submission
  • Own “live” forecasting process to present current full year financial results
  • Create and drives SG&A culture of accountability
  • Support month-end close activities as it relates to budget management
  • Represent finance on special projects where applicable; perform analysis on financial implications
  • Oversee and manage a FP&A Analyst direct report
  • Participate in the preparation of all materials and insights required for monthly business review

Who you are:

  • You have a Bachelors Degree in accounting or business administration
  • Minimum 3 years of FP&A experience, preferably with a growing company
  • You have industry experience in Consumer Packaged Goods
  • You have experience having a strong relationship with Ops Finance and Accounting.
  • You are comfortable in a quickly changing environment, able to adapt and learn new tasks independently
  • SAP experience is required
  • IFRS experience preferred
  • You are self-motivated and directed, with exceptional attention to detail as well as multi-task;
  • You are motivated, adaptable and able to work independently
  • You have excellent verbal, written and grammatical communication skills
  • You have a strong personal interest in health and wellness, fitness, or beauty
  • Must be able to read, write and understand English.
