As the Training Coordinator you will be instrumental in the organization and planning of learning and development initiatives at Vital Proteins. You will be responsible for effectively managing current programs and working with the Director of HR and department heads to identify and build out additional programs. You must be organized, process-driven, patient and employee-focused to ensure effective execution of programs. The role will report to the Director of HR&Talent and work out of our corporate office in the West Loop.
