Role:

The Field Marketing Associate will be responsible for collaborating with the local team to build brand loyalty, brand buzz and brand value in assigned region by executing strategic plan focusing on community marketing programs that connect Vital Proteins to the consumer and drive profitability. This is done through the creation of engaging, scalable, relevant consumer experiences. The consumer experiences have key elements designed to drive the trial of our brands. Role will create relationships with field community leaders and partner with the field sales team to help execute consumer based marketing programs.  Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, this role will be regionally focused in the city listed.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Hire, train and manage part time brand advocates within region
  • Implementation of strategic regional marketing plans through the use of national and local assets, sampling activities and other platforms that align with national brand strategies
  • Execute regional social media programming and amplification of brand voice and initiatives, working closely with director of field marketing, and social media manager to align activity
  • Work with manager to incorporate National Marketing Platforms into Regional events, partnerships, and consumer brand experiences
  • Working closely with regional sales team to maximize retail opportunities to grow brand (25% of time)
  • Activate local events through use of traditional and social media, vehicle sampling
  • Identify regional media opportunities (traditional/non-traditional), and helping identify key strategic opportunities for brand
  • Recap events and programs, aid in inventory management

Who you are:

  • Must have 1+ years of experience in Field Marketing/Sales
  • BA/BS preferred
  • Must be well networked in your regional community
  • Creative problem solver and strategic thinker who brings passion, enthusiasm and fresh ideas
  • Proven track record of being organized, dependable and self-motivated
  • Hustle, flexibility and drive to get things done
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends and early mornings
  • You are passionate about the health, fitness and beauty communities and have your finger on the pulse of these industries Top of Form
